He walked us through options (extremely knowledgeable and honest) and ultimately helped us redo our complete water treatment system (even removing items we didnt need). He spent time educating us on everything after setup,, and has been extremely responsive to questionsgreat customer service! This is now one huge stress trigger for us that no longer exists.
