After many years of dealing with an over complicated existing water system and many repairs from other companies that never dealt with the root issue, Joe came to our rescue! He walked us through options (extremely knowledgeable and honest) and ultimately helped us redo our complete water treatment system (even removing items we didnt need). He spent time educating us on everything after setup,, and has been extremely responsive to questionsgreat customer service! This is now one huge stress trigger for us that no longer exists.
